The interior is a bright space with a white theme, giving a sense of cleanliness and comfort. Upon entering, the staff warmly welcomes you, making you feel at ease from the start. The autumn recommendation, the mackerel tomato pasta, was exciting to see with a whole fish on top. When mixed with the flaked mackerel and sauce, the bones were soft, and the umami spread thoroughly. The local vegetable salad and fragrant garlic toast that come with lunch also made me happy as I could feel the quality of the ingredients. It's a new style of restaurant that combines Italian and grilled meat, and I enjoyed every dish until the end.
