A true "house of sweets"! Sweets shop with excellent atmosphere & taste ^ ^. Santamoor 3.55★Tasting log! ♦Opening hours 10:00-19:00 ♦Closed Unscheduled holidays Nearest station Shin-Moriya Station (about 1 km away) Sweets shop "Santamoor" is famous in Ibaraki as a house of sweets. It has been introduced on TV. The exterior is fairy-tale-like (looks like it might appear in Princess Shiro 00). There are so many kinds of sweets sold here that you would think it was a "house of sweets. I have visited quite a few sweets stores, but I think this is the largest number I have ever seen. Of course, there are about 15 seats in the eat-in space. There is also a counter selling crepes, so I think you can eat most of the sweets at Santamur alone. Ordering menu ♦Miroir Cassis 370yen ♦Rane 360 yen ♦Miroir Cassis This cake has two layers of sweet and sour blackcurrant mousse and vanilla mousse, and is both fruit-like & sweet-like. This cake has an overall sourness rather than sweetness, which makes it easy to eat without getting bored. ♦Rane Cheesecake made with Camembert. This one is sweeter in contrast to Miroir Cassis. The richness of Camembert's unique, tender and matured taste comes out in the flavor as a hidden flavor. It is quite sweet, but it is also cheesy, so it can be eaten rather quickly. I think cheese lovers will love this kind of sweets. The "House of Sweets" was full of sweets that made me happy just by being there and looking at them. The cakes are reasonably priced for the local area, and I think they would cost close to 600 yen in Tokyo. If you travel to Ibaraki, you might want to stop by for a snack dessert.
