The seafood is very fresh, and you can really taste the umami in every dish. Of course, the sashimi and chirashi are excellent, but the shrimp tempura and horse mackerel tempura are also crispy and satisfying. The clam miso soup has a comforting flavor that makes it hard to put down the chopsticks. The small side dishes seem to change, providing a little bit of fun each time you open them. The showcase at the entrance and the raised seating area are impressive, allowing for a relaxed atmosphere reminiscent of an old-fashioned diner. It's bustling with locals, creating a warm ambiance, and the thoughtful gesture of offering coffee after the meal is much appreciated.
