When I sat at the counter, the chef greeted me warmly, and I was able to relax right away. The red and white sushi pieces were all melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and the scent of the sea was distinctly present. The vinegared rice was fluffy and warm, with a perfect grain structure that paired excellently with the toppings. The fried and simmered dishes were also carefully prepared, offering flavors that were not just side dishes but could easily take center stage. The private rooms and tatami seating were well-equipped, creating a comfortable atmosphere for both small and large groups. The spacious parking area was also a nice touch, making it easy to stop by by car.
