Since the craftsmen prepare it after you place your order, you can slowly savor it while it's fresh. The sea urchin sushi has a wonderful aroma of seaweed, and when you put it in your mouth, the umami spreads, bringing happiness. The recommended bluefin tuna has just the right amount of fat and was very satisfying in taste. The salmon, red clam, and sweet shrimp were all delicious, making it fun to choose. The shrimp tempura udon had firm noodles and a fragrant broth, providing a comforting flavor. It's also great that takeout is available, allowing you to enjoy this taste at home.
