Proper Coffee Bar is a cafe known for its great atmosphere. The wide variety of delicious bread and desserts are all enticing, especially the butter scones with tangerine jam, espresso cake, and Victoria cake, which I personally recommend. They recently opened a second location, which also has parking space for four cars. It's a recommended cafe for a quiet atmosphere on weekdays.
