There are many cuts of lamb to enjoy, including shoulder loin, tongue, and bone-in chops. The excitement of finding the perfect grilling level for the crunchy heart and thick chops is thrilling. The special sauce, infused with garlic, ginger, and onion, is aromatic and enhances the meat's flavor. The mixed kimchi is mild and goes down easily, and the pace at which the dishes are served is good. In addition to beer and highballs, there are generously poured wines and homemade fruit enzyme drinks, which are satisfying.
