When you enter the restaurant, there are tables and raised seating, and it is more spacious and calming than I expected. The signature dish, tonkotsu shoyu ramen, has a rich broth combined with seaweed and menma, making it unique. The thick chashu is tender and melts in your mouth, and when you take a bite with the noodles, it brings a feeling of happiness. If you dissolve a little of the spicy miso on the table, the spiciness immediately stands out, allowing you to enjoy a change in flavor.
