There are various ingredients and seasonings, and the more you mix, the more enjoyable the flavors become. Drizzling a little extra vinegar and chili oil, and mixing in plenty of onions pairs well. You can fully enjoy the flavor changes with yuzu pepper, crushed raw garlic, and chili peppers. I was happy to choose the amount of noodles, and I ate eagerly until the end. At the finish, it's best to gather the onions at the bottom of the bowl and eat them together with the char siu. Sometimes there is a line, but once you are seated, it's nice to mix well and savor it all at once.

The thick noodles are well coated with a rich sauce, making it very satisfying. Adding a little chili oil or vinegar changes the flavor, and it makes you keep eating more and more. Mixing in grated or crushed garlic and chopped onions is also fun. Adding spiciness brings a gradual kick that is nice, allowing you to enjoy it deliciously until the end. The interior has compact counter seating, but it is clean and has clever storage for bags, which is reassuring. The bright service is pleasant, and I was able to fully enjoy the charm of the oil soba.
