Eel Comparison Box
This is a 'Bamboo' size eel box topped with 1/4 piece each of regular, premium, and special premium eel (served with pickles and soup). The 'Regular' features a light and delicate texture, the 'Premium' has a moderate amount of fat, and the 'Special Premium' allows you to enjoy carefully selected domestic eel. The special menu 'Eel Comparison Box' is available at 100 locations nationwide, showcasing the differences among the three types. Each is served as a quarter of a whole eel on a bamboo-sized eel box. Different eels bring different flavors, making this a greedy dish that allows you to enjoy three delicious tastes at once.
