The interior of the restaurant has a counter and tables, creating an atmosphere that is easy to enter even for one person. The thick noodles are well coated with a rich sauce, and when served on a hot plate, they remain hot until the end. It's great that you can finely choose the amount and spiciness of the ingredients, noodles, and sauce to customize it to your liking. The crisp green peppers and onions from the Mirakan, along with the traditional sausage, provide a nice accent. The spicy sauce has a sharp heat that pairs well with the flavor of basil and the garlic sauce. The seafood ingredients, including squid, shrimp, and clams, are rich in flavor and very satisfying.
