It is a small shop located in a shopping street in the mountains, with a warmth of wood that makes it feel calming. There is a counter and tables, and it has a comfortable size for relaxation. The chef, who runs the shop alone, works meticulously, and the flow of the dishes is pleasant. The pasta made with local vegetables and local flour is fragrant, with a gentle taste that seeps into the body. The spaghetti with shirasu (whitebait), cabbage, and tomatoes is hearty and has a cohesive deliciousness. The pasta combined with iwana (char) and vegetables, as well as the dessert of panna cotta layered with basil sorbet and nectarine, are both fun combinations and very tasty.
