Upon entering the restaurant, the warmth of the wood spreads, and it is very relaxing. The hamburger set arranged in a bento box was brought to me, and I was excited just by looking at it. The style of grilling ground meat made only from lean cuts on a hot plate according to my preference was enjoyable, and the aroma was irresistible. As I tried the five different sauces in order, each had a distinct flavor, keeping the experience fresh until the end. The rich miso soup was served in a teapot, and I ended up drinking it like a soup. The rice finished with egg and oyster sauce paired perfectly, leaving me completely satisfied.
