It's a hidden gem located quietly in a back alley, and it has a clean and pleasant atmosphere. The interior is spacious, with a counter, sunken seating, and tatami rooms where you can relax. You take off your shoes at the entrance, which allows you to feel at home and unwind. The main focus is on grilled chicken, which is carefully grilled one skewer at a time, with a good balance of salt. The chicken breast, skin, wings, and plum shiso rolls are moist and juicy, with an irresistible aroma. I enjoyed watching the grilling process right in front of me, and the calm atmosphere added to my satisfaction.
