A gas station was converted into a restaurant with a unique atmosphere, and Kitagata Lake has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere at night. The American exterior and stylish interior are also attractive, and the extensive menu includes beef tongue bowls, steaks, and other dishes with generous portions. I was satisfied with the flavor and tenderness of the meat, and it went well with the rock salt and wasabi. The nostalgic American taste of the restaurant is also noteworthy, and we hope to visit again.
