The ingredients are fresh, and you can really feel the aroma and umami in each one. Starting with the chef's selection, the sashimi comes out, and the refreshing spiciness from the wasabi stem is irresistible. The rice is small, allowing you to fully enjoy the quality of the ingredients. I was delighted that they served live shrimp, and the head was made into a soup. The lightly fragrant yuzu in the kelp-wrapped dish and the toro with green onion skewers also left a strong impression. You can order while consulting with them, and the satisfaction level is high, even with takeout options like red miso soup and rolls.
