Recently, I visited a new grilled hormone restaurant that has plenty of seating and is easy to enter. It has a style where you can grill your own food on a net, and there is a counter, making it comfortable to enjoy even alone. The pork hormones, kashira, and hachinosu are thick, and the more you chew, the more flavor comes out, making them delicious. The white senmai sashimi was very fresh, and the thinly sliced texture was pleasant. In addition to highballs, you can also choose local sake, and the service is very quick, which is great. There is a smoking area inside the restaurant, and you can relax while watching the cooking process, making it a comfortable place to be.
