In a retro atmosphere, you can calmly grill hormone (offal). The fun style of grilling on a small stove makes your appetite grow with the aroma. The focus is on internal organs like shiro (fatty tissue), liver, and heart, all of which are fresh and carefully prepared. The balance of seasoning and dipping sauce is good, and the meat is very tender. There are table seats and tatami rooms, making it perfect for enjoying with friends. It's a bit tucked away, but the joy and satisfaction when you find it are great.
