The interior is calm, and the staff's attentiveness is thorough. The beautiful hinoki wood counter is striking, and the staff in traditional attire serve the dishes with care. Each piece of sushi reflects the season and the quality of the local ingredients, leaving a memorable deliciousness. The crab offers a variety of flavors, making it more enjoyable as you continue to eat. When you order sashimi, a strikingly large piece of tuna is served, bringing a smile to your face. The matsutake mushroom steamed in a teapot and the grilled sushi are both fragrant and provide a great sense of satisfaction.
