In a Showa retro interior with the warmth of wood, you can spend your time in a relaxed manner. There is a very rich selection of local sake from both inside and outside the prefecture, and you can enjoy different grades of the same brand. Sake brewery aprons are displayed, enhancing the Japanese atmosphere even further. The charcoal-grilled skewers mainly feature Mitsuse chicken, and the tsukune and thigh are fragrant and satisfying. The selection of sake shows a good sense of taste, and you can feel a connection with the sake brewery, which was delightful, especially being able to enjoy the brewing water as a chaser. Set meals and rice bowls are also available, and I particularly liked the crunchy texture of the tsukune.
