The interior of the shop, where you take off your shoes, is clean and the wooden tatami seating is calming. It is located a bit higher up, offering a good view, and the light coming through the windows is soft. In addition to the stairs, there is also a ramp on the side, making it easy to move around, which is nice. I had the cold soba noodles, which were thin and had a good bite, going down smoothly with a pleasant aroma. The maitake mushroom tempura had a light batter and rich fragrance, and it was delicious even with salt. The miso for the grilled eggplant was rich, and the grilled iwana (char) was fragrant and made it easy to eat.
