The specialty tempura rice bowl here is impressive just to look at. The shrimp and conger eel are fried to a fluffy perfection, and the batter is crispy and aromatic. When you break up the soft-boiled egg tempura and mix it with the rice, it combines with the sauce for an irresistible flavor. The larger piece of seaweed has batter on only part of it, making the contrast in aroma and texture enjoyable. The small side dishes of chilled tofu and pickles, along with the miso soup, were all made with care, providing a comforting taste. Even with a substantial portion, I was able to enjoy it until the end, leaving me feeling satisfied and happy.
