You can pick up your order at the counter as soon as it's ready, making the service smooth. In the three-item platter, you can enjoy edamame with a fragrant yuzu pepper, flavorful konjac, and seasonal firefly squid. The grilled shiitake mushrooms with yuzu mayo have a wonderful aroma and a firm texture that makes you want to keep eating. The Bakudan tofu combines the spiciness of kimchi with the crunchiness of tempura scraps, making it addictive. The satsuma-age has a pleasant texture from the tiny fish and a hint of sweetness, which is satisfying. Although there may be a bit of a wait when it's crowded, it's nice that the food is served immediately once it's ready.
