The specialty dish, Sanzoku-yaki, has a crispy coating, tender chicken thigh, and is well-soaked in garlic soy sauce, making it a perfect match with rice. The chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) has a pleasant dashi aroma and a smooth texture, while the miso soup has a gentle flavor. You can also encounter local menu items like Kimutaku rice and Konkong croquettes, making it fun to compare different dishes. You can even enjoy Ayamidori salt soft serve, ensuring satisfaction until the very end.
