We made a reservation for 15 people on July 7, but when we arrived, the place was closed. I don't know if it was a mistake on the part of the restaurant or the management, but we received a confirmation for the reservation despite it being closed, and the reservation fee of 7,500 yen (500 yen per person for 15 people) was charged to my card. This is absolutely terrible! I demand a refund and an explanation for this!
