The charcoal-grilled shichirin is simply irresistible. The fragrant meat is tender and primarily lean, and the sweet and sour sauce pairs perfectly with rice. The side dishes of cabbage and salad are so good that I can't stop eating them, and I'm happy to be able to eat plenty of vegetables. The set meal is carefully prepared, including small bowls and miso soup, and the oden's beef tendon was particularly impressive with its tenderness. The interior is bright and pleasant, allowing for a relaxed time at the table seats. There's also parking available, and I'm satisfied to enjoy grilled meat along with cold noodles and rice balls.
