It has a lively and vibrant atmosphere where you can enjoy yourself without pretension. The appetizer, kaki no moto, is refreshing and lifts your spirits from the start. The shirako ponzu is creamy and fragrant, and I was very satisfied. The tuna nigiri and the thin rolls of shellfish and cucumber are also delicious, making it hard to stop eating. The signature thick roll is packed with ingredients, tightly rolled with tuna, pickled daikon, cucumber, and more, providing a satisfying bite. You can choose from sake or cocktails, and the warm hospitality makes it a comforting place.
