This department store basement, easily accessible from Yokohama Station, offers a wide variety of side dishes and bento boxes. There are many vegetable-centered menu items, and the gentle seasoning makes them easy to eat. The bento boxes made with chewy brown rice and mixed grain rice have a great texture and are satisfying. They also include tofu hamburgers and omelets, providing a good balance. The tempura and kakiage are well-drained of oil, enhancing the flavors of shrimp, squid, and burdock. The 20-ingredient leaf vegetable salad pairs perfectly with the Japanese-style dressing, and even with a large portion, it was easy to finish.
