In a Vietnamese restaurant located underground, the ethnic atmosphere is immediately conveyed. Next to the entrance, there is a grocery shop filled with ingredients, and the scent of overseas flavors wafts through, creating excitement. The menu offers a wide range of dishes, from classics like pho and banh mi to lesser-known options, making it enjoyable just to look at. The pho bo has a light broth that expands in flavor when herbs are added, and I couldn't help but slurp it up. The banh mi bread is crispy and light, perfectly complementing the char siu-like filling and the sweet and spicy sauce. The rice with spare ribs can be enjoyed by gradually mixing in the separate sweet and spicy sauce, allowing for a delightful change in flavor, and I was satisfied until the very end.
