This seasonal beer is a limited edition brewed for the short days and long nights of winter. The full body resulting from fermentation in 'stone Yorkshire squares' and the luxurious malt character, which will appeal to a broad range of drinkers, is balanced against whole-dried Fuggle and Golding hops with nuances and complexities that should be contemplated before an open fire. Bottle: Pasteurised. Each year the label has a different picture. Ingredients: Water, malted barley, yeast, hops, seaweed finings, carbon dioxide
Light, flavorful, easy-drinking lager. Perfect for enjoying while shirking all your duties!
Our bold and complex maibock-style ale that has been introducing countless beer drinkers to craft beer the world for over 25 years. Chock full of rich caramel malts and herbal hop nuances tied together with a balanced hop bitterness, this guy is still as drinkable as ever
Czechvar in North America. Our premium pale lager is beer for real connoisseurs. The first-class female cones of top-quality Saaz hops, pure clean natural water from 300-metre deep artesian wells and carefully selected grains of a unique cultivar of Moravian barely make the premium lager a drink for real beer experts. A 750-year long tradition of brewing the original Beer from Budweis and a unique 90-day long maturing period amplify the beer's exceptionality even more. Budweiser Budvar Premium Pale Lager can thus be savoured with all the senses. Firstly, your eye can see its beautiful golden colour and rich thick head, then you can smell its mild hop aroma and feel the misted glass in your palm, and finally use your taste buds to savour its mild medium-strong bitterness. Our premium pale lager will forever impress in your mind
This is not your father's pilsner. It's more like the pilsner that belonged to his stern father, the one with all the rules but who gave you treats whenever your parents weren't looking. Brewed with traditional Pilsner malts, imported Czech Saaz and local Oregon Sterling hops, this pilsner's first sip shows up with clean lager flavors, and then opens up with surprising complexity and softness—developing biscuity flavors, spicy herbal notes and a hint of lemon
This Munich-style Helles is bright gold in color and features Idaho malts and Idaho grown hops. It has a subtle earthy aroma, typical of Idaho pilsner malt. This beer is a traditional European-style lager and has a well-rounded malt sweetness, balanced with a touch of bitterness on the finish
Colorado Lager has been in the works for well over a year now. After countless test batches on our pilot system, we're thrilled to share our interpretation of the style with the fans in our home state. It's a style we love to drink, and we think there's a place for a lager in the craft beer lover's fridge. Coming in at an approachable 5.0% ABV, we built this recipe using American hops, Colorado water, and premium malted barley without the addition of any adjuncts. This crisp and clean lager was brewed in Colorado, for Colorado, and all the things that make it home
Even if you don't catch any fish there's always beer, right? This sessionable golden lager has the slightest hint of malt sweetness and a subtle hop flavor. Goes down smooth on a hot summer day while you're telling your friends about the one that got away
Everything we love about classic German Pilsner with a hoppy Bohemian twist. Pils is a bright straw colored lager beer with playful carbonation topped with beautiful white foam lace. Delicate lightly toasted malt flavors underscore noble German hop character. Hallertau-grown Magnum hops deliver the lupulin foundation while generous amounts of Spalter Select hops bring floral aromatic and spicy herbal notes. As a twist on the traditional Pils, we dry hop with German Saphir for a touch of bergamot zest and lemongrass. A refreshing, light-bodied and hop-driven Pils
A beer that has a dominant malty taste. This beer's origins in a monk's recipe are reflected in its heartiness. The Pope of Beers, Conrad Seidl, describes it as: "Almost black with a very slight red tone, a sensational, festive foam and truly extraordinary fragrance that at first summons up visions of greaves lard. The first taste is of mild fullness with an accompanying coffee tone, which becomes more dominant with the aftertaste. There is very little of the sweetness that is frequently to be tasted with doppelbock beer." The Ayinger Celebrator has been ranked among the best beers of the world by the Chicago Testing Institute several times and has won numerous medals
Clean, lightly toasted, light citrus, bubbly, and refreshing. A simple style with low ABV and low IBU so you can keep on keeping on. Hops: Tettnang, Lemondrop, Azacca
A surprisingly bright taste and a dry, chocolaty finish -- one evocative of dark brews enjoyed in Belgian taverns 500 years ago. Not a porter, not a stout - it's 1554
Ever been in a warm, cozy cabin and had a secret desire to get snowed in? To celebrate the winter season, we offer our Isolation Ale - a traditional winter brew made with premium malts imported from England. It's just one of the reasons Isolation Ale stands alone
A DUNKLES BOCK style... more rare in the US. The style is similar but lighter in ABV and flavor than a Dopplebock. It has toasty notes with subtle hints of caramel and toffee. (Part of our 'Bearly There' series, this beer is crafted to reduce gluten)
The Rauchbier is an old German beer style. Dark in color and similar to a traditional Oktoberfest beer, this brew's malts are dried and over an open wood fire, creating smokiness that comes through strikingly in this robust, assertive brew. The heavy malt profile is balanced with just enough dry hops to satisfy the exploratory beer fan looking for a unique flavorful fall brew
Mexican Lager. Halfway between awesome and fantastico but with the quality you expect from the great Cervaceria de Melvin. Super simple with an abv that you can session all goddamn day. Stay thirsty bitches
In Cologne, many a brewery produces a light-bodied ale with a delicate fruitiness and rounded maltiness, attributable to the unique yeast strain commonly used. Our Kölsch is unfiltered and more generously hopped than its German cousin. 5.2% ABV, 40 BU
Bock reflects the tradition of genuine Bavarian beers as a brew only a craftsman like Kosmos Spoetzl, trained in the "Old Country," could bring to life. With its deep amber color, distinctive rich flavor and full body, Shiner Bock demonstrates the care of a handcrafted brewing process to bring forth a mellow taste free of the bitter aftertaste found in many micro, specialty and imported beers. Just think of it as Shiner smooth
This Czech Pilsner boasts a sweet and biscuity malt profile with a spicy floral German Saaz hop bouquet. Gentle bitterness that goes down easy and does not linger. Medium bodied with a pale gold hue and creamy head. Incredibly refreshing with a smooth finish it will have you saying, "Vice prosim!"
Blonde Ale brewed with fresh Jalapeños
Our winter jalapeno ale. This "hot black beer" has hints of chocolate and roast that finishes with a warming spice. 5.5% ABV
Notice the sweet, golden hue of this IPA? It's the color of a summer sunset here in the Northwest. There are hints of citrus in the air, the smell of something deep and earthy rising. Prismatic is a kind of magic. The colors of its six hops swirl into a halo of warmth, like a really good day
Apricot, peach pie and other tropical fruits
This American style wheat beer is medium bodied, with a mild wheat character. It has a slight hop presence followed by a smooth honey-malt finish. "It's a sure catch every time."
Alt. The name of this beer style comes from the German word "meaning old" . This refers to the aging that alts undergo since they ferment more slowly and at colder temperatures than most ales. Slow fermentation helps condition the flavors in Alaskan Amber. Richly malty and long on the palate, with just enough hop backing to make this beautiful amber colored "alt" style beer notably well balanced
Bamberg's speciality, a dark, bottom fermented smoked beer, brewed with Original Schlenkerla Smokemalt from the Schlenkerla maltings and tapped according to old tradition directly from the gravity-fed oakwood cask in the 14th century brewery tavern
Packed with bright tropical aromas and brilliant citrusy flavors, this unfiltered IPA wraps up with a pleasantly smooth finish
This is Mountain Standard, a tribute to our backyard and the Rocky Mountain lifestyle. Hand-selected, modern American hop varieties build layers of complex hop flavors with juicy, tropical notes and bold, vibrant aromas. Join us as we help define the Mountain-Style IPA
Seven Devils is our bold, rich, hefty Imperial Stout. It fills the head with thick roasted chocolate malt undertones lending to the characteristic sweetness of this style. It is rich with roasted flavors far surpassing normal stouts. We transferred this style from the fermenter and let it age in American Oak Jack Daniels barrels for one full year. This method leaves an essence of bourbon and vanilla on the nose with an ever-present earthy, woody richness. Barrel aging blends the characteristics of the beer with the attributes of high quality woods and the spirits aged within. Sockeye's Imperial Stout is the perfect beer style to age in a barrel this way. We think you'll agree that this sipper will warm you even on the coolest evening
We are thrilled to welcome Daniel Carey of New Glarus Brewing Company as our 11th annual partner in this series. In the true spirit of the project, we have created a beer based on the classic Belgian Abt style, with unique Wisconson contributions including Santiam and Chinook hops. To further highlight the Dairy State we've added lactos for extra mouthfeel and richness. The result is a dark ale from our use of French and American oak along with spicy hop notes. This ale is designed to drink now, but we believe will evolve beautifully over the next 1-2 years. Enjoy Abtsolution with roasted meats, rich cheese and of course, friends. Cheers!
Our delicious Red Belgian style sour ale combines locally grown Hood River Bing Cherries with tart funky fermentation of wild Brettanomyces yeast. Aged more than a year in the cherries. Bottle conditioned
Sang Royal 2015 is a blend composed of sour red ales aged in Pinot Noir and Port wine barrels with Pinot Noir grapes. Showcasing Willamette Valley grown fruit, Sang Royal captures complex flavors of Pinot Noir wine, dark berry fruits and a touch of oak
The long, cold nights of winter are a little brighter with Celebration Ale. Wonderfully robust and rich, Celebration Ale is dry-hopped for a lively, intense aroma. Brewed especially for the holidays, it is perfect for a festive gathering or for a quiet evening at home
Belgian Ales represent the height of the brewers' art. Sophisticated brewing techniques, yeast blends and unique flavoring elements have elevated the beers of Belgium to the status enjoyed by wine in other countries. PranQster follows in this tradition using a mixed culture of antique yeast strains that produce a floral nose, a full fruity flavor and a clean finish
Sweet and excitingly spicy with tropical flavors tingling your taste buds. This sensational seasonal is built to quench your thirst
