In a calming, traditional house-style interior, it's pleasant to be able to take off your shoes and step into a private room. From the seat by the window, you can see the river view and spend your time leisurely. Both the soba and udon are handmade, smooth, aromatic, and very satisfying. The broth of the warm soba has a gentle umami flavor that you can drink all the way to the last drop. The tempura is nicely soaked in sauce and soft, and you can easily finish the bowl. It takes a little time to prepare after you order, but I feel happy being able to relax in a space with a wood stove.
