An Italian restaurant in a renovated 100+ year old house. Only reservations and courses are accepted, and the restaurant is limited to 8 people per day with an emphasis on local production for local consumption. The rooms offer a view of the spring foliage in the courtyard, and the quiet atmosphere is relaxing. The dishes are prepared with the spirit of artisans, and the tableware is unique, matching the food in a simple and beautiful way. The hospitality of the old town, the handsome chef and the beautiful sommelier was excellent, and dining in the quiet space was a special experience.
