I have never had the original, but it is delicious!　@Shin-Osaka | Happy to eat good food! I found this place when I was passing by on my bicycle! What's that? This used to be a coffee shop, but it's been cleaned up! The name of the store is "Coco Karasakie"! I'll look into it right away! Then I found the store's Twitter page, and it turns out to be a ramen shop! Okay, I'll definitely go there when it opens! I'll definitely go there when it opens! I'm always eager to visit local restaurants on the day they open and provide information about them! I'm Eririnko and I'm very enthusiastic about it! I completely forgot about the opening day! So, I visited on the second day after noon. Lots and lots of congratulatory flowers! There's one from Mr. Mensuke! Mutahiro-san too! The owner of this restaurant used to be the manager of Mutahiro's Fukushima branch! The location is a short 10 minute walk west from the Osaka Metro North ticket gate. Next to the green building, next to a 100-yen shop called Orange. There is a ticket machine in front of the restaurant. There are many sold out, so there are two choices: Chicken Soba or Niboshi Soba. Let's try Chicken Soba first! And I'll have a flavored egg, too! Inside the restaurant, there are 7 counter seats on the left and 4 tables for 2 people on the right. The interior is simple, clean, and bright, which is good! Ajitama Chicken Soba Noodle 800 yen The soup is a beautiful golden color! It is soy sauce based, but the soy sauce is mild and very elegant! Aren't you getting tired of New Year's dishes by now and want to eat ramen or something? This is my second visit to the restaurant since it first opened. Chinese noodle restaurant Coco Karasakie Located about 10 minutes northwest of Shin-Osaka Station The owner is an independent owner of Mutahiro in Fukushima. I have never been to Mutahiro's restaurant... Buy a meal ticket from the ticket machine in front of the restaurant and go inside! Counter seats on the left and table seats on the right Since I was alone, I went to the counter. There are three types of ramen: Chicken Soba, Chicken Salt Soba, and Niboshi Soba.
