It is conveniently located within the hotel and offers a wide variety of menu options. The sashimi, including tuna and white fish, is moist and the flavor of the fish is distinctly noticeable. The fried items have a crispy batter, and the shrimp, horse mackerel, and squid have a light texture. The fried oysters are creamy and rich, providing a sense of satisfaction. The miso soup has a fragrant dashi, and the salad dressing has a homemade feel, which is nice. For breakfast, both Japanese and Western options are available, including French toast, sanma (mackerel pike), and spinach ohitashi, making it enjoyable.
