At a shop in Shiroishi City, you can enjoy sushi and ume noodles. The ume noodles have a light flavor and are very delicious. The sushi has good quality toppings, and each bite is satisfying. The tempura is crispy and tasty. The harako rice is flavorful, and the salmon and roe pair perfectly. The inari sushi is also authentic, with a generous portion that is satisfying.
