The shop with the green sign along the national road is easily noticeable and convenient for a quick stop by car. Inside the store, you can enjoy freshly wrapped persimmon leaf sushi, with the moist aroma of the leaves and just the right amount of saltiness being superb. When you compare several types, such as mackerel and salmon, the flavors of each transfer to the leaves, making it a delightful experience. The self-service tea is fragrant and pairs excellently with the sushi. There are also souvenir boxes, small bud sushi, and colorful chirashi sushi available, making the selection process exciting. There is a wide variety of rice bowls, and the sets that come with salad seem convenient for takeout as well.
