The nostalgic atmosphere is pleasant, and I feel relieved the moment I step in. The interior is more spacious and cleaner than I expected, with a row of side dishes lined up at the counter. It's enjoyable to ponder which one to choose while gazing at the items written on the blackboard. The assorted simmered dishes, beef tendon, and stewed tofu with offal are well-infused with flavor, making them perfect to accompany drinks. The tempura, fried river shrimp, and grilled rice balls are also light snacks that provide a sense of satisfaction. The warmth of this long-established shop and the comfort that reminds me of the Showa era are simply irresistible.
