Even with its lively appearance, the seafood is truly delicious. The steamed oysters are plump, and you can really feel the umami. The grilled whelk is served hot, and the sauce has a good balance of sweetness and spiciness, providing a pleasant texture and a slight bitterness that is irresistible. The herring sashimi is rich in fat, allowing you to enjoy its deep flavor. The grilled fish, boiled fish, and squid marinated in soy sauce are also excellent, and the selection of sake is extensive. The staff is friendly, and I think it's a place where you can enjoy various flavors of Hokkaido.
