It is located on a road, making it easy to find, and there is a shared parking space in front of the store. There is a counter in the front and a tatami room in the back, creating a casual atmosphere where one can easily enter alone. The recommended dish on the sign, sour and spicy soup noodles, has a strong aroma of garlic and chives, offering a unique flavor. The thick, spicy-sour broth clings well to the noodles and pairs perfectly with the ingredients like green onions, bean sprouts, black fungus, and chicken. The medium-thick noodles are chewy, making them delicious enough that I couldn't put my chopsticks down until the end. I also enjoyed the elegant salty flavor of the seafood soup noodles and the satisfaction from the chicken stir-fried with cashew nuts.
