The fresh vegetables and fish lined up at the counter immediately catch the eye. The first dish served is a four-item appetizer, beautifully arranged, and it pairs perfectly with drinks. The signature dish, tamagoyaki (Japanese omelette), is fluffy and sweet, with the aroma of dashi filling the mouth. The chicken wings are tender after being simmered and then grilled to a fragrant finish, making them very juicy. There are also rare homemade dried fish, seasonal ankimo (monkfish liver), and fuki no tou tempura, all of which pair excellently with sake. In a calm space slightly away from the bustling street, you can leisurely enjoy delicious snacks and local sake from Shizuoka.
