The gentle flavor of the soup seeps into the body, providing great satisfaction. The noodles have a smooth texture that pairs well with the soup. The chicken-based white broth is the signature dish, and the mildly spicy tantan-style is rich and easy to eat. The noodles coated with ground meat are enjoyable, and they can be paired with rice for an even more delightful experience. The limited low-temperature cooked pork chashu is very delicious, and the rice bowl also offers a sense of satisfaction. The thoughtful gesture of serving tea and pickled plums after the meal, along with the polite greetings, makes for a pleasant experience.
