The liver has a melting mouthfeel and rich flavor, and the heart is also satisfying. The fried chicken wings are piping hot, perfect to enjoy with beer, lemon sour, or shikuwasa sour. The offal stew and fried white fish are also delicious, and it's convenient to buy small portions from the food truck.
