It is easy to get to by car, and there is a parking lot in front of the store, which is reassuring. The interior is spacious, allowing for a relaxed dining experience. The cold morisoba has thick noodles, with visible black grains that give it a rustic aroma. The coolness and the degree of water drainage are just right, and the flavor expands with every bite. The dipping sauce is light and has a refreshing aftertaste, making it pleasant to eat even when soaked generously. The hot soba in the pot is steaming, and it includes poached eggs, naruto (fish cake), seaweed, tempura, and bean sprouts, offering a gentle flavor.
