When you enter this shop, you are welcomed by a bright and clean space and efficient staff. The first dish that came out, the premium tongue, was thick and juicy, and I felt happiness from the very first bite. Whether grilling the harami, loin, or koune, the meat's flavor was robust, and I couldn't put my chopsticks down. The hormone dishes were exceptionally fresh, and the texture of the large intestine and tripe was particularly impressive. The fried local octopus, three types of kimchi, and the cold noodles to finish were all exciting, with no shortcuts taken on the side menu. With a chilled beer and a carefully selected drink in hand, I was completely satisfied and full, right up to the last ice cream.
