In a cozy shop centered around a counter, you can relax comfortably. The signature bite-sized gyoza is small, with just the right amount of elasticity in the skin, and is filled with plenty of juicy meat. The tangy and refreshing dipping sauce pairs perfectly, making it hard to stop eating. To enjoy them while they're hot, it's recommended to order a little at a time. The charcoal-grilled jidori chicken and tataki are also packed with flavor and satisfying. The thick, chewy skin of the boiled gyoza is pleasant, and takeout gyoza is convenient.
