The fish is very good, and the care is evident from the appetizers. The sashimi is not only beautiful in appearance but also allows you to enjoy tuna, amberjack, sea bream, horse mackerel, and scallops. The aroma of lemon hidden under the sea bream spreads gently, and the finely shredded daikon radish with a reddish tint is crisp and delicious. The sashimi of Pacific saury is exceptionally fresh and can be enjoyed even without condiments. The cod milt with ponzu is smooth and creamy, and the flavorful ponzu pairs well. The tempura of wild vegetables and the grilled collar of yellowtail are light and fragrant, making the combination of Japanese cuisine and sake even more enjoyable.

In a cozy shop interior, there are counters and tables where you can spend your time comfortably. The building with its black exterior catches the eye and looks very nice when illuminated. The menu is diverse and fun to choose from, and the assortment of local flavors and sashimi makes my heart race. The sashimi of horse mackerel, namerou, and even the fried dishes each stand out with their deliciousness, leaving me satisfied. The small scallop served as an appetizer has the perfect amount of salt, and the draft beer is well-chilled and refreshing. The atmosphere feels like many regulars come here, making it comfortable and easy to relax for a while.
