The rich Taiwanese mixed noodles combine the savory flavor of coarsely ground meat with the stimulating kick of Sichuan pepper, and adding rice at the end spreads happiness. The slow-cooked beef tendon in tomato sauce, when placed on a baguette, highlights its richness and brings a smile to your face. The blue lemon sour, made with domestic lemon and shikuwasa juice, is exceptionally refreshing, and its vibrant appearance lifts your spirits.
