This is a teppan bar where green onions take center stage, and the moment you step in, the aroma spreads and excites you. At the counter seats, they cook right in front of you, so the sizzling sound and steam create a lively atmosphere. The fluffy green onion pancakes combine the savory flavor of pork with the sweetness of the brand-name green onions, making for a very addictive taste. The mildly spicy green onion shabu-shabu allows you to enjoy both the crunchiness and tenderness, and it's so delicious that you'll want to drink the broth. The teppan dishes featuring chicken skin and bonjiri also have a delightful crispy texture, and they pair excellently with the green onions. There is a spacious parking lot next door, making it easy to visit by car, and I was able to relax while savoring local sake.
