This shop is quietly located in a residential area, but I am always surprised to find it bustling when I open the door. The homemade udon is chewy and smooth, with a pleasant texture that allows the aroma of Kagawa-produced wheat to waft through. The grated daikon udon has a gentle broth that blends well with the grated daikon, making it refreshing even when served warm. The tempura made with daikon and seasonal vegetables is freshly fried and piping hot, with a delightful crispy coating. There is also a rich variety of limited creative menu items, such as tom yum kung udon and soy sauce udon with firefly squid and rapeseed flowers, which always excite me when I choose. The friendly service from the staff and the cozy raised seating area made it clear why this place is loved by local customers.
