The shrimp, avocado, and mozzarella Genovese is very refreshing with the spread of basil flavor. The noodles are boiled in plenty of water, allowing for a pleasant al dente texture. The style of eating with chopsticks is interesting and I think it offers a unique pasta experience that is characteristic of Japan. Served on Arita porcelain, it looks elegant and exciting. The set that comes with salad and soup is rich in vegetables and satisfying. The strawberry tiramisu I ordered for dessert was also subtly sweet, making it a dish that left me satisfied until the end.
